Basic Cleaning Package—Residential

The following is a list of basic cleaning specifications that are performed each service day. We can add or delete from this list to customize your cleaning.
Dust all window sills, window ledges, door ledges, and baseboard.
Clean all countertops and the outside of all cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen.
Dust and polish all wood furniture.
Tables and dressers that are more than 50% covered with items may be eliminated from dusting unless detailed dusting is agreed upon.
Small objects such as cosmetic bottles, trophies, and pictures under 5x7 will be eliminated unless detailed dusting is agreed upon.
Wash the outside of all large and small appliances in the kitchen.
Spot clean all doors, light switches, and hanging light fixtures.
Wash all mirrors, bathtubs, sinks, shower stalls, and toilets
Wash all glass in outside entry doors (weather permitting)
Floor Care: We will always vacuum your floors. Kitchen and bathroom floors, if washable, will be washed. Waxable type floors will be waxed, if requested. Hardwood floors may be dry moped, damp moped or washed depending of the floor finish.
Other Items: These items can be added, along with other cleaning items not outlined.

Carole's Cleaning Service carries a comprehensive liability insurance policy. A certificate of insurance will be mailed by our insurance agent within 7 days of your request.
Carole's Cleaning Service carries a fidelity bond for the protection of both the customer and our company.
Our employees are covered under worker's compensation insurance as required by the state of Maryland.
